On April 1, 2022, Minister Kwon of SMEs and Startups took the long journey to Ulsan, Yangsan, and Busan to oversee policy implementation on the ground.

The first destination of his trip was the 'Hydrogen Green Mobility Regulation Free Special Zone' in Ulsan.
The region has been designated as a nation's first regulation-free zone for the hydrogen industry in November 2019 and has developed prominent hydrogen production and supply infrastructure. 

Thanks to its profound infrastructure, Ulsan has been demonstrating green mobilities such as hydrogen-powered ships and autonomous hydrogen fuel cell vehicles as well as hydrogen charging stations.
